The chemical construction industry is based on the national conditions and the actual situation of the industry, and actively promotes the comprehensive green and low-carbon transformation of chemical construction. Especially in recent years, industrial enterprises have actively explored the planning and design, process routes, and R&D and application of new green construction technologies for chemical construction projects to achieve the "double carbon" goal; Consolidate and deepen the scientific and technological innovation achievements and experience of chemical "three wastes" treatment, correctly handle the relationship between carbon peaking and carbon neutralization and industrial development, and promote the green construction of chemical engineering; We will vigorously develop and promote the R&D, application and promotion of new technologies for carbon dioxide capture, utilization and storage (CCUS), and actively promote the "near zero emissions" of chemical and energy industries.
